Job Summary:

The Account Manager acts as a liaison between the customer & the company by maintaining customer accounts & keeping them informed with up-to-date information & data reports.

Essential Functions:

  • Process new orders into ERP system accurately and timely to meet the customer’s requested delivery date. 
  • Monitor progress of customers’ orders through the manufacturing process, keeping customers informed on the progress of       their orders.
  • Works with the Production Scheduler to meet customer’s delivery requirements. 
  • Coordinate the workflow of graphics with Pre-press and Manufacturing Departments & request art quotes to the customer       as required
  • Prepare and maintain inventory and open-order reports for assigned accounts.
  • Receive, document, and resolve customer complaints following the RMA Procedure. 

Experience Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service role (manufacturing preferred)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge with ERP systems
  • Strong verbal and written customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Additional Position Information: 

Onsite, Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, Pay Range: $65k - $75k DOE
